Insurance follow-up for auto body shops
Privacy on the Claim Chase public website.
This notice describes the public marketing website at claimchase.ai. It covers the pages, calculator, media, and links you use here.
Last updated: October 24, 2026.
The website calculator
The savings calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are used to calculate the estimate on your device; the calculator does not submit those inputs to Claim Chase or save them as a customer record. The displayed figures are estimates based on the assumptions shown with the calculator.
Loading pages, fonts, and media
Your browser requests page files, images, and recordings from the website’s hosting infrastructure. The homepage also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive connection information needed to respond, such as your IP address and browser request details, and may process technical logs under their own terms.
This public website does not currently include an advertising tracker, an analytics script, or a lead submission form. Playing an on-site recording requests the media file from the website host.
Booking and other external links
A booking link may open a separate calendar service. Before booking, review the destination and its privacy notice. Information you choose to enter there is handled through that service and is available to the meeting organizer as needed to arrange the meeting.
If you prefer not to use an external service, do not submit information through it. Following a link does not require you to finish a booking.
Keep claim information out of sales inquiries
Do not include claim documents, customer details, policy numbers, vehicle identification numbers, payment information, or other sensitive records in a sales inquiry or calendar booking. A general description of your shop’s workflow is enough for an introductory conversation.
Customer application data
This page describes the public marketing website. It does not set the terms for customer claim records, call recordings, or other information used within the signed-in product. Review the applicable customer agreement and data handling terms before providing operational records.
Questions before sharing information
Contact contact@claimchase.ai with public website privacy questions.
Use a general privacy question during a sales conversation before providing sensitive information. Ask which data is required, who can access it, which services process it, and what retention and deletion terms apply to your shop.
